The decor consists of a couple of streamers, paper plates and balloons in matching colors. Only half of the guests come in costume, or aren t participating in the activities the host and hostess have planned. There is just no spirit of fun or camaraderie in the gathering! Then, another disappointment - the food is only so-so. You get the idea - something's missing. It s the type of party you wished you d never gone to, and are eager to make an excuse to get out of there! And, we all hope we never, ever, give a party that s such a dud!
